The Wordpress theme used in this blog is Falkner sky, a very pretty free theme from Camelgraph.com. There are many great free and/or inexpensive but effective tools on the internet like this one — just use them until you finally make some money and don’t need to care about cost.
However, for now, since the income claims of many people who actually sell various products to internet marketing newbies amount to pie in the sky for most of us, the imagery for this theme seemed especially appropriate.
We have arrived on the scene in time to be slapped around by Google many times for things that other people did a few days before we got there, having not gotten much of a chance to do much of anything so far in the way of successful Adwords campaigns. Google has made some suggestions for expanding my losses on these campaigns in order to meet their requirements. Sadly, I have had to decline this opportunity.
We also would like to state sadly, that we have been late to the dance so many times that we even could not obtain the rights to the “dot com” domain for our main title, If You Build It, They Won’t Come…so, against all good advice of internet marketing experts, we have reluctantly bought the “dot net” that was available. May the silicon valley gods forgive us for our misstep…
